2023 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Update- September 1, 2023
2023 Priority Listing and NOFO Policy Manual Approved!
On August 29th, 2023 the Blueprint Council passed policy updates to the 2023 Indianapolis CoC NOFO policy manual and passed the priority listing for renewal and new projects for the 2023 CoC NOFO application, as recommended by the CoC Non-Conflicted Workgroup. Projects are listed by order of priority and will be submitted to HUD in the annual application. You can find the priority listing and policy manual here: www.indycoc.org/coc-program.html
The annual HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is now open for FY2023. As required by HUD, the Indianapolis CoC will compete for funding through our local funding competition and application process. New and renewal projects have been reviewed and scored. 2023 CoC Convening- June 27th
The Blueprint Council and CHIP hosted a Continuum of Care (CoC) Convening on June 27th at the United Way of Central Indiana's Ruth Lilly Conference space. Thank you to the 80+ community members and advocates who attended to hear more about CoC Membership, the role of the Blueprint Council, the State of Homelessness including 2023 Point-in-Time Count data, and to unite around an 18-month goal to reduce Black homelessness in Indianapolis by 35%. This goal is intended to eliminate the ongoing racial disparities that persist year-over-year across the homeless response system. Stay tuned for more information about how and where to engage.

Indianapolis CoC Quarterly Convenings
The full Indianapolis Continuum of Care (CoC) convenes quarterly to acknowledge community progress and achievements towards the goals outlined in the Indianapolis Community Plan to End Homelessness. In 2023, the CoC will be focusing in on Strategic Priority 6 and working to eliminate racial disparities in homelessness and across the homeless response system. The Indianapolis Continuum of Care (CoC) is a Collaborative and Engaged Group of Community Members Dedicated to Preventing and Ending Homelessness in Indianapolis.
The CoC takes a comprehensive approach of addressing homelessness by providing a continuum of housing programs and services. These services include outreach, intake, and assessment; prevention and diversion; emergency shelter; permanent housing; and system-wide planning initiatives to end homelessness.
Members of the CoC recognize that long-term efforts and goals can only be realized through a cooperative approach. It is the mission of the Indianapolis Continuum to coordinate all stakeholders, systems, and resources available to prevent and end homelessness in Indianapolis.
