Continuum of Care Program Funding
The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program grant provides federal funding for a wide range of programs dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness. CoC program includes housing programs such as permanent supportive housing, rapid re-housing, and safe havens; in addition to services such as HMIS and CES. CoC funding can also provide for capacity building to nonprofits and local/state government agencies through a planning grant.
In Indianapolis, all funding applications are reviewed and scored by the Program Application & Technical Assistance (PATA) Committee. The list of recommended projects for funding is reviewed and approved by the Blueprint Council, in accordance with the CoC Governance Charter.
