Continuum of Care & Minutes
The Continuum of Care (CoC) is a coordinated, community-based approach of identifying needs and building a system of housing and services to address those needs. The CoC consists of individuals and organizations committed to impacting and ending homelessness in the community.
The at-large meeting minutes of the Continuum of Care (CoC) are recorded by a note taker and posted to the website within 10 business days. Amendments to the meeting minutes may be made and updated as needed. Minutes are listed in order of meeting date, with the most recent minutes appearing at the top of the list.
The CoC posts at-large CoC meeting minutes for the current calendar year. Older minutes can be accessed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Continuum of Care (CoC) meets at-large at least two (2) times each year. CoC membership is open to any community member.
