CES Policies and Procedures
CES Policies and Procedures (12/12/2022): The CES Policies and Procedures document provides an overview of the Indianapolis CES, outlines the responsibility of stakeholders, and discusses program prioritization, eligibility, and system administration policy.
Indianapolis CoC Written Standards: The Indianapolis Continuum of Care (CoC) in coordination with the City of Indianapolis and homeless service funders developed the written standards for providing housing and services to those experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.
CES Refinement Strategy Memo (9/2019): A CES Refinement Workshop on August 27, 2019 identified challenges within the current system and explored potential strategies to improve system efficacy and efficiency. This document lists 17 strategies to be added to the CES Refinement vertical work plan.
